Betsy has been baking since middle school, starting with delicious classic recipes, including chocolate chip cookies from scratch. In just 7th grade, she entered lemon bars in the DuPage County Fair and won! That is when she truly fell in love with baking. Betsy enjoys experimenting with fresh and diverse techniques; from traditional pastries to modern interpretations, she can bake any special treat you're looking for!

Currently, Betsy lives in Wheaton with her husband, Marty, their two dogs Stasiu and Zbysiu, and their cats Sally and Ella. She grew up in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and attended Wheaton College, where she received degree in viola performance. When Betsy is not baking, she loves to attend musical events, read, run, and meet new people.
